I mean it's not really spring yet, but my mental winter ends once February does. Keep your historical accounts of ice storms in March, I'm still gonna start dressing like it's spring on days when I can stand it.
I bought a floral kimono from ASOS back in the depths of winter (the one I bought was in petite sizes, but it was on sale, so I just got the biggest one available because OBVIOUSLY I am not petite in the slightest.) Something about wearing florals in the winter makes it more bearable, I think. The exact one I bought is sold out, but here are a few that are super similar: one, two, three
I got the top as a Valentine's gift from my handsome guy when we were in Free People in Nashville, because he gets me. I've worn it a bazillion times since then because it honestly goes with everything. I treat all my Free People clothes like that - seriously, I wear them probably 3xs/week.
Also, the pine trees are still down in our backyard. We really need to take care of that. But they make a nice rest for a self-timer, if we're being real.

These are a few of my favorite items for spring. I may need to throw a couple more sit ups into my routine before the floral crop top is an option, but its so darn cute! And, a bonus: none of these items are over 50 bucks. So get to shopping!
Here are a couple more bargain sites that can make your spring wardrobe overhaul as painless as possible:
6pm - I love bags. I love shoes. Therefore, I love 6pm. Their clearance section has a great selection of designer items for under 25 bucks!
stylelately - This site has cute stuff for great deals, and the deals change periodically, so pretty much you can find something that you love every 2 days.
brickyard buffalo - same deal as stylelately, but with lots of stuff for your kiddies and your home as well as you!
These are a few of the items I'm lusting after for spring!
I'm seriously in love with these. Like it's becoming a problem.
2. hello apparel sweatshirt
For those days when the wind gets a bit chilly :) I've wanted one of these forever, I'm dropping seriously hints on Caleb. It would be so cute with floral shorts!
And with that...
3. floral shorts
I loooove these from Modcloth and I'm definitely planning on getting them for my honeymoon.
4. Fringe
I love anything with fringe, and this fringed crochet vest from Windsor is perfect. An army green tank and high-waisted shorts would look so good with this.
5. Leather tote
I carry so much stuff around with me always, so I really need large bags and I love the simplicity of a plain leather tote. It goes with everything and still looks sophisticated. This one by Urban Expressions is perfect.
6. Maxi Dresses
The epitome of effortless. Maxi + sandal + necklace = looking like a million bucks without overheating/paying a crap-ton. I'm loving this one by the printed palette.
I'm saving up my pennies for these beauties!
Even though this spring hasn't been so springy, I'm still breaking out the spring colors! This combo is one of my favorites - mint green and light blue. They're actually my wedding colors :)
green top: Papaya//jeans: Anthropologie//necklace: upcycled from an old one from Claire's//Shoes: Rack Room (old)
The braided crow I've got going on is from a tutorial on treasures and travels! Definitely check them out; they have some seriously cute hair tutorials.
