ba dum tisssssss. I made a joke.
It's getting warm, guys! It's still that fickle beginning where it's warm in the sunlight and freezing in the shade, but it sure beats being freezing all the time.
I love light chambray shirts for spring and summer, and this one is my favorite right now because it has this really cute dot pattern.

Let's be honest. The real reason I love the maxi dress thing is because you can wear a dress without shaving your legs.
Also, its nice to have a trend geared towards people with legs 8 miles long, since the whole mini-dress thing doesn't work for me so much.

I had a job interview yesterday!
I've been praying for a job for a long time, since we're scraping the bottom of the barrel, so fingers crossed this one works out!
I also had another store call me to come in for an interview on Monday - God is providing and He is so good!
This is probably my favorite dress I own, so I wore it to my interview:

The weather here has been gorgeous, and this weekend is supposed to be great!
Thank goodness spring is really here to stay - no more indian summers!
Also I completely forgot to do a confession yesterday, so here goes:
Confession: I am a confident, adult, well-adjusted young woman, and I believe in faeries.
Remember that floral skirt I thrifted a few weekend ago (posted here)? Well here's another way I'm wearing it :)
Expect to see lots of skirts and dresses on here from now on... I don't wear them in the winter much because I'm so cold natured but I wear them all spring and summer long!

Speaking of thrifting, I had some luck this weekend as well...
I'd been wanting a big leather tote for spring (and had been trolling the internet for weeks...) and all the ones I could find were so expensive!
While Mom and I were at an antique store looking for wedding things, I happened on this beauty:
It's the perfect size, genuine leather.. and $8.
Never give up, kiddos.
I used to wear tons of rings... like one on every other finger at least... but I stopped wearing so many when Caleb and I got engaged, because I wanted to show off that one :) But lately I've been yearning for my rings again, so I'm compromising and going back to my multiple-ring ways on my right hand and leaving my left bare except for my big ol' sparkler.
I found this gem at the same antique store that I got the bag. This baby was only 5 bucks.
Also, I have an interview on Friday! Those of you that are praying people, your prayers would be appreciated!
Happy Monday :)
